Is this a complete balcony power system?
No. This is a portable DC solar panel. A complete system requires compatible receiving equipment and the appropriate installation design.
Can I connect it directly to AC Pro?
No direct compatibility is assured. AC Pro is an AC-coupled storage product. A verified system design and suitable conversion equipment may be needed; provide exact models for assessment.
Which voltage and weight should I use?
The supplied material conflicts: the marketing image states 35.64 V open-circuit voltage while the manual states 49.5 V. Request the datasheet for the sales SKU before choosing cables or a charging device.
Does 400W mean constant output?
No. Rated power is measured under specified test conditions. Actual output changes with sunlight, shading, angle and temperature; no fixed daily production or savings are guaranteed.
Are all adapters included and all power stations supported?
